    Your app doesn’t offer any button or user flow to unsubscribe the service and the monthly subscription fee (USD 100) is unreasonably high comparing to your scratchy app content. It’s not even a mobile app, just some easy static programming without any desire to enhance user engagement. If anyone could tolerate and persevere with your boring lecture note-like content, they shouldn’t be struggling with procrastination at all.There is a big transparency problem in your app and service and I don’t agree that I deserve to pay for this scam.Not to mention your promised responding time is within 24 hrs and now the actual responding time is after 3 days. Seems like your staffs are also suffering from procrastination. Here is what they say in email: “As a gesture of our commitment to your satisfaction, we would like to offer you a 25% refund on your purchase. We believe this is a fair and reasonable amount given the circumstances, and we hope it will help to make up for any inconvenience caused.”How do you believe this 25% refund is a fair and reasonable amount given all the above circumstances??? I hate to say it. But after receiving your insincere offer and response, I really feel like the whole thing is a scam. And the worst thing is your company is taking advantage of people that are already struggling and came to seek help. I demand a full refund.
