Originally ordered 2/21/2019.I email Portabl (and whatever they were called prior) every couple months asking where my product is. For (I believe) the last 3 years I’ve been told just two more months until we ship products. I’ve literally been using the same email thread for every single contact with them. It’s absurd how many similar (possibly identical) replies I’ve received from them from my bimonthly check-ins. They changed names and killed their old website without even notifying me (or possibly anyone else). I had to find out about the name change from a forum like this where everyone is accusing them (possibly rightly) of being complete frauds. A company that has issues filling half a decade of past due orders SHOULD NOT BE ACCEPTING MONEY FOR MORE ORDERS!I feel their integrity is severely lacking on that one point alone… even if you ignore the rest.
