To all victims of this scam: I have just reported “My trip online” to Cyprus police Cybercrime unit for scam. I am not allowed to put a link into this review, but it is pretty easy to find on Cyprus police websiteThis company can not be trusted. My online purchase experience: payment is done, but QR code is not sent when you need it at the airport. When I show the proof of payment to staff, they show me some message saying that “my payment was declined”, refuse to let me use serice, and suggest that I purchase fast track from kiosk. I do purchase from kiosk as I am desperate to get out of crowded queue. Finally QR code arrives (so payment did go through!) when I have already made a second payment.. No possibility for refund.Finally, I am being charged for a subsription I never asked for… I bought a fast track and never selected any subscription. Dear Charles, I was never informed of duration of “trial” period for that matter. I have written to customer service team asking me to show the proof that I have willingly subscribed, but they have never replied since then – because there is no proof. Please be informed that I sent a copy of Cybercrime police report to the airport that has been using your services; hope that will be an eye opener for them.
