I would give a zero if I could. Ordered on 28/12/23 ask for tracking information in January given this, but hadn’t changed for weeks. Messaged the company they told me to be patient it was in transit. Again the tracking never changed, I asked for the refund two or three times they just said I needed to wait. By this point I had had enough and said please just refund me the money, they said the policy was that it could not be cancelled now as after 12 hrs the item has been dispatched to my delivery address. Now I am going through the bank to get the money back. Absolute scam please do not purchase anything through this company you won’t get your item.
