Why can’t I give them a zero?This is a fraudulent operation. Pure scam. Present as the hotel you’re booking through and charge your credit card without spelling out all fees. In my case they charged me over $500 in service fees to make a reservation. They don’t tell you about it until you get the confirmation email. It then also spells out their cancellation conditions which is to bill you roughly three times the service fee. It’s a criminal enterprise. All involved should face jail time.
