The website is a complete scam. The procedure is totally different than what you expect. They ask you to do several steps instead of just providing a code for the website. If that would work, it is perhaps still okay-ish, but the chatbox is causing a lot of frustration; always asking the same information. It is impossible to talk to somebody in person. The delivery is NOT present. Stay away from this website as long as you can!Update: I saw the reaction of Enjify. Well, that is kind to say, but the whole problem is that I am never able to talk to a person. I have tried yesterday again – and the same situation: horrible chatbot, never an agent that talks to me in person, I will see how I can get my money back.
