There is no chance of a buyer ever winning dispute. The moderators always side with the seller No mater what the moderator. I have been scammed twice with gift cards and have provided proper evidence of the seller using the gift card and redeeming it. I prodived hard evidence of the sellers name and the time the gift card was linked to there account. Its like the moderators can’t read the screenshots at all. Very unfair and you will get scammed. DONT use this platform avoid at all cost. Might need to reach out to Ray Youseff about this company. Watch I bet they will respond with “ Before our moderators make a decision, both you and your trade partner are given enough time to provide all the needed evidence that can help them make the right decision. There is no easy way to say as this might not be the outcome that you’re expecting. For future cases you can contest your dispute within a 10-calendar-day window after the resolution” definitely bias Forsure all the negative reviews are accurate.
