Worst experience I ever had. 8 hrs away from home, I booked a stay with Vio and paid for my room upfront through Vio website. I got to the hotel and they couldn’t check me in becuase vio didn’t send over payment. They don’t have a customer service number to call. I had to cut my trip and leave early becuase I had to book another stay through the hotel office. Everything is through a chat box or WhatsApp. They do not reply back in a timely manner!. People use WhatsApp to scam and for illegal business. I been trying to get my refund for 3 days now and the chat box representative can’t return payment, or cancel the transaction, or get me to a manager or supervisor.
