mashinsky & company defrauded me out of over 40,000 usd. that is 2 years of living expenses for me. it’s all relative. alex’s wife is tone deaf. there is quite literally nothing anyone can do about this fraud, but vent. bankruptcy court is incompetent. the lawyers have grifted this out just long enough to placate everyone, stringing us along from their playbook, locking us in at the bottom. they could have made everyone whole (and avoided prison) due to the appreciation in crypto, but alas, greed gets in the way again. i hope prison is reformative period for alex and nuke and all the other suits. the lawyers will be onto the next one
