Placed an order for the scrubber and the smallest packet of extra brushes, only to find that the company had charged me for the largest packet. I requested within minutes that they only charge me for and ship my original order but was told that it had already shipped. I told them that I wanted to cancel the entire order but was offered a 50 per cent refund. Only half of that refund was subsequently paid. I asked to speak to and was promised a conversation with a supervisor. No call received. Awful customer service with scam sales technique….and no instructions as to how to attach the extra scrubber heads. Do not buy unless you want to be ripped off!
