If you’re from the UK you are probably coming here because you think you’ve been ripped off, and you’re right, you have. Please write a complaint to Curacao e-gaming via there complaints form on their website, attaching Nine’s terms and conditions where it states ‘players from the UK are not permitted to play with real money’. Also make reference to the fact that the transactions all come from random merchants. I have after around a month received over £3k in refunds from JOKABET & NineCasino, as CEG ruled in my favour. Don’t let the scammers win, get your money back, and NEVER RETURN
