I ordered two Christmas trees. The ad said it was shipping from California. However, it shipped from China I received two cheap friendship bracelets. I contacted them and they responded for me to take pictures of the item and ship it back to them and they would refund me my money or I can keep the bracelets and they refund me 45%. I responded that I will be contacting my credit card company regarding the fraud. Luckily, I use my credit card for fraud protection and was refunded 100%. They then responded that they would be willing to refund me 65% if I kept the item. I told them they can send me the items I ordered complementary for the inconvenience and they stopped responding.
