Daylight robbers😡I booked a room at Townlodge Bellville Capetown. Not sure how deceptive this is as the page looked exactly like i was booking directly with TownLode. Rate showed R1100 but upon payment an amount of R1820 was taken off. I cancellled immediately and contacted townlodge who insisted i did not book with them but with igoda.com. I then received some email from a “customer service” indicating cancellation or noshow is “non-refundable. I contacted my Bank and trying to get assistance to get a reversal or assistance..Please dont use these SCAMMERS!!
