This appears to be a scam. They collect $28 to check to see if your mobile is unlockable. Of course it is.Second, they charge you $50 to work with the carrier to unlock your phone. This seems to always fail.Third, they say you need Premium Services from them and pay a larger fee. In my case, it was $707 but thankfully DirectUnlocks has negotiated this down to 50 percent of fee, or $302. There is no guarantee the mobile phone will be unlocked but you must pay the $302 to find out. The iPhone is worth $75. Unless you want to pay fee after fee, it would be better to toss your phone and buy an unlocked phone on eBay. Do not pay any fees until you read the other TrustPilot reviews. BTW, DirectUnlocks has a fake TrustPilot link on their webpage showing only positive reviews. There may be one negative to give them credibility. You can tell by the url address when you hover over Reviews link.
