I ordered a derila pillow and an extra pillow case thinking this could help my neck issues but it didn’t. I figured 30-day return policy it came from the United States, would be worth a try. I go to return and they tell me it’s going to Lithuania and it’s going to cost me $100. This company is the biggest scam ever. To top it all off with there was no paperwork inside with my pillow except for coupons to buy additional stuff. Now I have no order number not even on my credit card charge. I just want a refund.
