SCAM ALERT ‐-‐–‐—‐-‐–SCAM ALERT I ordered 2 tickets for $57. a ticket and was charged $233. Along with the $52service.charge they added $30. To the price of each ticket. When I texted the customer service I was told that they were customer service fees to make sure all people get there ticket on time etc… I asked if the performer was getting the extra $60. I was charged and there was a long pause. Then I was told to go through the bank to see what I can do. I went back and f[rth with this guy for 45 minutes. This is the sadest company I have ever dealt with. Everytime you ask a question they have a pre recorded statement that they scan and past. When I mentioned that I usually don’t give bad reviews but this is ridiculous charging me $60. extra a ticket and you guys not thinking anything about it. I guess since you do it all the time you get used to the complaints and think nothing about getting a bad review and then I got here. With so many complaints no wonder all the answers were pre typed on script. I told them it was ugly and stealing from your customers. Then I got another script. What joke this company is. I also decided to cancel the card I used to make this purchase. I don’t want them to have my info. Might be a good idea for the rest of you. What a scam!!!!
