Zero stars… Horrible… Scam… I called on November 18th to book a room as we were driving to St. Petersburg Florida. I thought I was calling the hotel booked my room. It was 400 something dollars after everything. She said My total was 700 and something dollars and did not register. I was tired. I was in the car then when I got to the hotel and saw my email. I noticed a 275 charge added. When I called back the following day I was told that it was to go towards the cleaning fee and some other stuff. She said she would give me $40. Then she said she could be $60 back and then she finally gave me $109 back. I just think this is absolutely ridiculous I also went over the 34 page terms and conditions. I didn’t see anything about 275 in there either
