They have scammy auto-enrollment practices. I purchased what I thought was a one-time phone number look-up and without my knowledge was signed up for a subscription for 29.95 a month. I’ve contacted them about a refund and haven’t received a response yet. I’ve also made a complaint to the BBB. Edit: They finally responded with an $11.98 sent refund. Less than half what they took out. I want the entire $29.95. Edit number 2: After round two of contacting them they refunded the total amount. The fact that they tried to get away with only refunding $11.98 and I had to contact them again just shows you what type of business you are dealing with.
