This company has been taking charges for a subscription that I cancelled over two years ago and I cannot get them to stop charging me. I signed up thinking it was a genuine service but realised after one month it was not. They continued to charge me on auto renew with no notification and with no way to cancel. I have tried multiple times to contact them to cancel the billing and to refund me. They keep saying I don’t have a registered account and can’t help me but continue to charge my credit card. This has been going on for over two years. As a last resort and on the advice of my bank, I have had to cancel my credit card. This is a total scam – do not register or sign up with them!!! They don’t even deserve one star! Next stop is to report to the ACCC and the Ombudsmen.
