Their customer support doesn’t work, and they only replied to my emails when I triggered a PayPal chargeback dispute.They tried to guilt me into cancelling the dispute, explaining that all their items are custom made and due to the pandemic (which was 2 years ago), orders are currently quite overloaded.They also charge a lot for delivery, which seems pointless as they don’t deliver anything.Took a month before anything happened, and eventually cancelled order with a full refund via PayPal.for ANY of these colourful exciting clothes pop ups, always use PayPal to pay, as you can settle disputes outside of their dumb scammy support systems.
