This company is a total scam. We were promised the first clean for $19 but it was closer to $50 and that was after the first cleaner cancelled. The one who came only did a partial job. The second cleaner cancelled the morning of the clean saying she had a family emergency. She promised to reschedule but after several messages back and forth she just quit communicating. The next cleaner did a fantastic job and came again for a second job which was also great. I was more confident after that. However they still charged much more than $19 per hour plus additional fees that were not disclosed. And then they scheduled me for a day that I couldn’t do so they had to find another cleaner. It is now 2 weeks later and there have been at least 4 different cleaners who cancelled the last minute. Then they rescheduled with a cleaner who had poor reviews so I cancelled and they schedule another one with even worse reviews who lived 2 hours away. So I cancelled again and this time didn’t reschedule. Through this past week with all the cancels I finally was able to get a response to my email complaining about their services. They told me they would not cancel my service as I had signed up for 6 months and had only paid for 4 so far. They offered me a $30 credit but I cannot get anyone to actually even complete a cleaning and I am concerned about the quality of people they have working for them. I am planning to call my bank in the morning and dispute the January charges and tell them to cancel any future charges from HomeAGlow. Stay far away from this scam!
