Scam. Do NOT use this company. They sold tickets to a concert that did not even exist and it is even still listed on their website to an alec benjamin concert on 12/31/22. The Ryman auditorium confirmed this is not (and never was) a real concert. Also the artist website does not list this date. We purchased tickets and they will not respond to my repeated requests to refund the money. Nuts. I will be filing a lawsuit to expose the fraud and will attempt to make it a class action for all of us that have been wrongly done. This is crazy…how on earth are they still a company.
