Would give zero stars if available option.I have paid £60 and not received a penny of eligible benefits.Excuses ie receipt uloaded from retailer doesn’t have correct information. Completesave chooses its partners and requests receipt. If their partners receipts don’t hold the correct details, surely that is a process issue. It is become my control. However, I believe these issues are more deliberate than accidental. It is deliberately defrauding customers.I have repeatedly provided purchase details as required on the CS system, via email and even shopped directly via site links and still zero payout.DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY.
