I placed an order (72.55 €) at carethy.pt on November 8, 2023. The site promised delivery in 3 to 5 days. By November 23, the order hadn’t arrived, so I demanded a refund. On December 3 I was contacted by customer support, saying that the refund was ordered, and should be effective in 14 days. You guessed it: nothing. On January 5, 2024, I renewed my demand for refund. On January 13 I got another message stating, “We have contacted our financial department to request that the refund be processed as soon as possible”. You guessed it again.By now, I have lost all hope of getting a refund, and take solace in denouncing Carethy as a fraud.
