It’s now almost 19 days from our date of payment & request and still I cannot use my iPhone to another network same message SIM not supported. Lack of customer assistance. I hope I can be contacted and explain to me the reason. I email back about my concern and received an email feedback that it was unlock with details but, when I emailed again that still I cannot use to other network NO response. I’m going to give them 24 hours to respond and then I will contact trading standards UK and my bank to request a refund from a scam.
