I looked at the filter in my dishwasher, which is the first area that water gets drained out of, and it was dirty. I placed the Fuugu tablet in the dishwasher alone and ran a cycle on the suggested setting. When it was done, I took the filter out again, expecting it to be squeaky-clean. It was EXACTLY as dirty as it was before I started the cycle. I immediately started emailing the company to get refunded for the remaining 5 tabs – it says it has a 30 day money back guarantee. Multiple emails back and forth, I got a call from a representative that said they were working on my refund as they are asking me to buy other products of theirs, and then I finally got a representative on the phone and she told me that because I opened the product and used one of them, that I am now ineligible for a refund. The product has to be UNOPENED to receive a refund. How do you know that you don’t like a product unless you actually use it??? This company sucks! It feels like a scam.
