They are such a fraudulent company, pls don’t get caught to them, they are a complete fraud, my sim didn’t work in Thailand, for about an hr I was talking to an agent trying to get it sorted! they completely ignored me when I asked for a refund. Don’t ever use them, they just cheat and take your money!!this was my Order #E219715
