I paid the monthly subscription and should have received cash back GBP101.86, however, I have been chasing complete saving customer service and they only told me the money have been debited into my account and I have never received any money from them! Per their requested, I have provided bank statement even my email from my relationship manager of my bank, they still ignore my emails. Called the hotline they said they can’t contact their admin team, they left a message and promise me they will give me a call or reply to my emails….after chasing them for 4 months, this company is just a scam!
