    After paying both costs for an unlock of an iphone13 I received from my mother as she upgraded I then waited for them to unlock. A week then 2 past and every time I contacted them I got “we are working on it” and that although it says 72 hours it can be a max of 30 days.Now that it is upcoming to 30 days and they have not unlocked my phone and I once again emailed them they have just said after checking turns out my phone is blocked and they cannot unlock or refund as I accepted the terms at paymentWHAT A SCAM / AVOID . The phone was my mothers how is it blocked? Is the whole point of this service to UNBLOCKAfter emailing back they are now saying they are willing to refund 50%, I have paid so much to them to literally say sorry we cant do the service but wont fully refund I’ve never seen a good business do this
