After 3 years of using my only account I got perma-banned for “multi-account”, if you try to start live chat with them they will just close it, and if you write emails to their support you will get no answer from them. Also maybe year before I got first suspension because I left bad review to seller that scammed me for cca 5+ accounts. It was good site before but now is rubbish!
