I purchased a digital download (Fight Night Champion) on 2/27/2020. I have proof of purchase have, the same email that I used to purchase the game and whatever else is needed to verify account and proof of purchase..Now when I login to my “SAME” account, it tells me to purchase the game again. I contacted Newegg today and they said oh well, nothing we can do. I will NEVER EVER spend a dime with that scam of a company again. Do Not buy DIGITAL codes from this company. 🚫
