This company makes “compliance reviews” and blocked my asset. I sent € via verified bank-account. I bought BTC for the complete value of 350 €. Then I wanted to sent these BTC to my Tezor wallet. Therefore the company blocked my account and my assets. So – now I will call the BaFin for fraudulent action called embezzlement, if the assets would not arrive my Trezor until 8 pm today.Now they returned my BTC but I could not use them until 24 hours are over. That´s a fraud I guess. The software of Bitvavo is so bad, that it´s not possible to change the web using my a Laptop at home (own DSL WLAN), on travel with Mobile Hotspot, Hotel WLAN, McDonald’s WLAN and every other possibility to get WLAN.You must stay on one place like a prisoner.
