They will not honour the best price guarantee no matter what. I booked a hotel through Agoda, then immediately after the booking is confirmed, a lower price for the exact same hotel appeared on Agoda’s website. 5 emails later and numerous screenshots, they still keep making up excuses as to why they can’t honour the best price guarantee despite the better price was advertised on their own website. It’s an absolute scam.
