Total scam, first we waited 45 minutes for the shuttle to come. We get to their place of business and wait another 45 minutes to get helped. My personal car insurance covers rent a cars any where in the country, yet they wouldn’t honor my insurance and said that if it wasn’t on there list of companies that their verification system could check( only a couple companies that could be verified). I said I could show them my declaration page and that I was covered through my insurance’s web page. They still wouldn’t honor it. Now I had to buy their insurance costing another $50 a day. With in a half hour saw 7 other customers angered by this practice, some paying another $700 for their rental car. Stay clear if amex rent a car!!!!!!!!!
