Update!!!! Since I have posted this review, I am actually able to now withdraw… lets see how long the process takes. In regards to account verification etc… you should probably make the process transparent before people start depositing and playing… also, having someone to speak to regarding this infuriating situation would have de-escalated, but there are NO live humans to speak with. One more thing, the ONLY account verification PLAYOJO would accept was my internet banking downloaded transaction list with nothing crossed out (all money showing) and all account, transit and institution number showing. I guess we will see how long before my information is used to steal my money and fraud happens. Awesome This site is a joke! I deposited money, won money, and they are making it impossible to withdrawl my winnings. I have submitted numberous copies of bank cards and credit cards and bank statements and thet refuse to give me my money! This is scam and these people just want to steal money.
