It’s a scam, very morally questionable membership business model where you sign up to receive your ‘free gift’ although you’re then locked in for the month. When I tried to cancel my membership their system was down – then I started getting threatening ‘debt collection’ emails. Eventually received a pair of boxers months later that were the wrong size !!
