I was inadvertently directed to get a room from the website of the hotel. I needed to cancel one room. They told me that I had to cancel both room and they would refund me 10 percent . A scam… I will book directly with the hotel from now on.Update-Get-a-room reached out to me and resolved the issue to my satisfaction.
