Such poor service and waste of money. During the questionnaire it asks about foods you are allergic to and not to include in the plan. Once you pay then you see the menu and their plan. The plan included items I’m allergic to every day of the plan. So I requested to cancel and get a refund within 2 hours of getting it – obviously did not use the program. After months of emailing and finally getting a response, they said “the company will not refund any transaction once it has been made” such a scam. Especially if they don’t follow through on the pre purchase agreement and questions they ask that you answer. Horrible service and robbery of hard earned money from people just trying to improve their lives! They should be ashamed of scamming people.
