I’ve referred a friend who became a paid member and was supposed to receive £20 but didn’t. When I contacted customer service, I was told that this was because my friend didn’t transition immediately from the free trial into a paid membership but there was a little break in between. I’ve then read their Terms and Conditions and it is not mentioned anywhere that the transition needs to be without a break. Absolute scam and a waste of time.
