Do not order from this site!! Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I placed an order in June (over 4 months ago) and have still not received my order or been offered a replacement or refund despite the fact I PAID EXTRA FOR INSURED SHIPPING. Have sent nearly 10 emails and they are still refusing to help me and I’ve been sooo patient and understanding. Literally a scam. Also the order was less than £40 why are they fighting so hard not to refund or replace that?? Surely it costs them more in time to keep going back and forth with me over email and have me leaving them bad reviews.
