I signed up and paid for 2 programs. I never received the email and notified support. After a few back and forth emails I provided the actual transaction details and yet still nothing. They had no issues taking the money – yet provide absolutely nothing!!I am going to wait another day, after that, I will report this as a complete scam.I waited as outlined in my post and received nothing via now my fourth or fifth email to them. I have just now requested a refund from PayPal for both services for which I paid.This appears to be a complete scam as I suspected.Well after a few days they have now responded and provided the material I paid for. I am going now to raise their ranking taking into account the difficulty of getting things right
