I placed an order on 10/16/22 and today is 10/28/22 and it hasn’t even shipped yet. I’ve tried contacting jellycases 6 times and haven’t received even a single reply yet. I think they’re a totally fraudulent company and if I don’t get my product immediately, or a full refund, I’ll claw back my money from the CC I used to purchase their product that still hasn’t shipped after 12 days!!!!Update. It’s now 11/3/22 and it STILL hasn’t shipped, nor have they offered a refund!
