I have placed two orders and neither of them have arrived and he has been three weeks and now they’re not even getting back to me. I have requested a refund and a cancellation of my orders and the last response was they cannot canceled my order since it’s in a shipping process but he has been in a shipping process since September 24. They have created a label for both orders but once I check, the status of the orders has been received by the post office. This is a big big SCAM, they must be paying people to give out a good review or just to their employees to give out good reviews about their jewelry. This is a complete BS. Do not buy from this company. And I did filed a complaint to the BBB against them.
