Cancellation process was horrible and stressful. Last shorts never arrived, I was charged anyway, no response from customer support emails, so I cancelled my subscription, they then sent threatening emails of extra charges if I didn’t pay for another pair. Which I’m sure won’t arrive either. So I’ve now paid for 2 pairs that I haven’t received. Still no response from customer support after 3 emails and weeks of waiting. What a scam, wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Not only this, one month they sent my shorts to my previous address, rather than sending a new pair to my new address, they made me visit my old house to ask the new residents for my parcel. RIDICULOUS.
