I have been trying to get my money back for items scammed and never sent. Courier status waiting for despatch. Customer services just give you the run around asking silly questions and not doing anything. Asked for a supervisor, who clearly was not a supervisor, who refused to help. I rarely have a hassle free purchase with them now, so time to ditch them.
