I was on vacation in Cyprus and I bought a Nausurf ticket with 100 euros cash at a kiosk, somebody tried to scam me and of course I didn’t give the pin code to anyone . I live in another country where it is impossible and forbidden to use Nausurf. I tried in Cyprus to withdraw the money to my bank account through the Nausurf app. After I tried and failed, I contacted the service department by email where in the end they blocked my account and stole my money! So far they don’t answer me, they are just scammers!! I’m waiting to get my 100 euros back !!! ( request 141441 )
