I used to be a Gemini account holder from the very early days, during that short time they were very good, especially as they were establishing their brand. Unfortunately it was all down hill from there, which, after reading the plethora of reviews on TrustPilot totally agree with the comments and sentiments.Especially the one regarding Gemini selling personal data on the dark web, my data was caught up with the major data breach, which created a lot of issues, Gemini support was NON existent.So, I closed the account and instructed them to delete ALL the data they held about me. TO my surprise they responded and stated, that they will retain ALL my data for a period of 5 Years and refused to delete any data. (they don’t tell you that when you open an account) thus I changed all the data that had originally been submitted to them, a lot of time and effort on my part. BUT it stopped the hack and scam attempts.What annoys me I am NOT an American Citizen or reside in a jurisdiction controlled by America, thus, I resent my data being retained and shared with the Yank government and with the countries which comprise the “5 EYES” As you read through ALL the reviews there is one thin they all have in common (NO RESPONSE FROM GEMINI) that for me says it all.
