I used this service twice to convert a document to which i paid 1euro each time and that worked fine. Only to find out today that they have charged me 50 euros as a supposed renewal to the end of a 1 week free trial. That is a complete scam because i never agreed to a free trial since i paid both times i used the service. By the way they ask you to creat and account but i just realised this later that there is nowhere you can cancel or do any modification to your subscription which means they can just charge you again next year if you don’t send them an email about it.I wrote customer service about this and hopefully i will get my money back.DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.
