I placed my order on 9/19 and it’s now 11/1. The tracking # does not work. The customer service only responds with generic answers and it takes multiple emails to get a response. Don’t waste your money or time. Now Jelly Cases is asking Trustpilot for more details. They have multiple emails from me with my order number and email, yet they will not provide a working tracking number or simply tell me when my package will arrive. This company is a joke! SCAM!
