I purchased a full genome sequence and sent my sample off some time ago but its still showing as not received. I’ve emailed DanteLabs many many times over the last month or so and never received a reply. This company seems to be happy to take your money and give nothing in return. Its either a scam or complete incompetence. I’m sure they’ll claim some issue or other, the fact is. They are still taking peoples money and not delivery the service. They’re a con, if they have an issue or backlog then they need to invest in more staff and stop selling their ‘service’ until they know they can deliver. Same yourself time and flush £300 down the toilet for similar results.
